The LW355×1435B VFD centrifuge utilizes PLC programming for stepless drum speed adjustment (0–3,400 RPM), enabling precise adaptation to variable mud densities in complex drilling conditions. Operators monitor drum speed, torque, and bearing temperature in real time via the explosion-proof touchscreen, ensuring optimal separation efficiency while reducing manual intervention. Ideal for upgrading legacy solids control systems or integrating into automated drilling rigs. Weight: 4,000 kg; dimensions: 3400×1550×1780 mm.Track critical parameters—differential speed (≤50 RPM), motor current, and machine vibration—on the color touchscreen interface.
