The ZK LWY250 3-phase decanter centrifuge achieves precision separation of palm oil, water, and solids via a unique drum structure (5000 RPM, 3500 G-force). Its patented three-phase separation mechanism recovers >99% oil while reducing water impurities to <30%, significantly surpassing industry standards. The compact design (2600×800×1200 mm) suits small to medium palm oil mills, processing >1 m³/h of crude palm oil with minimal operator intervention. Ideal for continuous FFB-to-CPO conversion.Integrated fully automatic Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) eliminates manual disassembly for maintenance. The system uses high-pressure nozzles and food-grade solvents to remove residue from drum and conveyor surfaces within 15 minutes, ensuring hygiene compliance for food-grade oil production.
