Customizable parameters include differential speed (5-50rpm) for cake dryness control and weir plate settings for clarified liquid purity.Integrated CIP (Clean-in-Place) functionality automates post-process sanitation using high-pressure sprays and sterilants. The system cleans drum interiors, conveyor flights, and discharge ports without disassembly, reducing downtime by 70% versus manual cleaning. Programmable cycles support acid/alkaline washes for residue removal and steam sterilization for aseptic applications.
