ZK SEPARATION’s LWS580 decanter centrifuge operates at 3000 RPM, generating 2948G force for high-efficiency oil sludge separation. It recovers 80–90% of reusable oil while reducing waste volume by >80%. The separated oil phase maintains ≤5% water content, and residual solids achieve 40–60% dryness. With a compact footprint (4900×1705×1250mm) and 15–20m³/h throughput, it integrates seamlessly into oilfield workflows, minimizing disposal costs and environmental impact. Ideal for recovering hydrocarbons from drilling sludge.
