Recovered oil (≤5% moisture) meets reuse standards, while dewatered residue (40–60% dryness) enables safe landfill disposal. Automated controls minimize manual intervention. Integrate intelligence with ZK’s PLC-controlled centrifuge. The LWS650 auto-adjusts parameters based on torque feedback, optimizing separation for fluctuating sludge viscosity. Operators achieve 90% oil recovery and ≤5% residual water with minimal intervention.
