The ZK LWY250 Decanter Centrifuge delivers high-G solid-liquid separation for oil drilling operations. Operating at ​​5000rpm and 3500G force​​, it processes >1m³/h of drilling slurry, efficiently separating abrasive solids from liquids. Equipped with a ​​CIP automatic cleaning system​​, it eliminates cross-contamination between batches. The ​​hygienically polished surfaces (≤0.8μm unevenness)​​ prevent material buildup, while ​​food/pharmaceutical-grade seals and lubricants​​ ensure compliance with stringent drilling fluid safety standards. Its ​​no dead angle design​​ avoids particle accumulation in critical zones. Ideal for offshore platforms with limited space (2600×800×1200mm footprint).
